PAYMENT
A credit card must be provided prior to initiating services and payment is expected at time of service.
Full service fee will be charged for appointments not cancelled prior to 24 hours of scheduled start time of appointment. Exceptions are made for illness, poor driving conditions and other unavoidable barriers.

* Requests for professional certification of learning/development hours must be made prior to services.
